With over 30 years of experience in residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial construction, Leonard utilizes his industry expertise to lead development and construction projects that bring one-of-a-kind residences to Austin. Since establishing Urban ATX in 2018, Leonard has continued to collaborate with design teams to create homes that are distinctive and ambitious in scope. A third-generation builder with a degree in Construction Management from Clemson University’s School of Architecture, Leonard is uniquely qualified to lead Urban ATX in providing an exceptional construction experience and product.
